Church Graphics is $99a month, and that's the right price for a church with a communications budget. It is not the right price for a plant meeting in a school cafeteria, where the person making the graphics is also the person preaching.
So we cover the difference. Not as a sale, and not as a stripped-down version of the product — as a seat that somebody funds so that the church in it gets the whole thing. Right now that somebody is us. Before long it'll be Pro churches and sending networks funding seats alongside us, which is the only way this scales past a few dozen churches.
We hold 3 seats in every cohort that cost nothing at all. If $228is genuinely out of reach, say so on the form. That's what those are for.

That's the whole exchange. The rate isn't charity — you earn it by being the kind of church that tells other churches the truth about what worked.

Two doors, and you only need one. We verify with a look at the website or Instagram you give us — no board minutes, no attendance reports, no financials. If you're close to the line, apply anyway and tell us the situation; a 180-person church that planted last year is exactly the conversation we want to have.
Why is it this cheap?
Because the difference is covered, not discounted. Pro is $99 a month because that's what the software is worth to a church with a staff designer. A plant doesn't have one, and the gap is the part we absorb — plus, before long, the part sponsoring churches and networks absorb with us. You're not getting a worse deal than someone else. You're getting a seat somebody paid for.
Why annual only? Can't I just pay $19/month?
No, and I'd rather tell you why than pretend it's a technical limit. $19/month on a card is easy to sign up for and easy to forget, and a program full of churches drifting in and out doesn't survive. Paying $228 once means you're in for the year, I know exactly how many seats are funded, and neither of us thinks about billing again until next year.
What happens when we grow past 150?
We celebrate, and then we walk you to Pro — not with a surprise invoice. Your rate holds until your renewal date no matter what happens to your attendance. When you re-apply and you've outgrown the rule, we tell you plainly and give you a ramp instead of a cliff.
Is the software cut down?
No. You get the full editor, Sermon Slides, Instagram Carousels, custom fonts — the same product a $99 church uses, including features we don't even give our own Starter plan. The one limit is volume: 12 projects a month, which is more than a weekly series plus socials needs.
We genuinely can't do $228. Is that the end of it?
It isn't. There's a checkbox on the form for exactly this, and we hold 3 fully underwritten seats in every cohort — no cost at all. Checking that box does not hurt your application, and nobody will ask you to prove your finances.
We're not a plant, we're just small. Do we qualify?
Yes. The rule is two doors and you only need one: under 150 on a Sunday, or launched in the last 3 years. A forty-year-old church of ninety people is exactly who this is for.
