At Church Graphics, your privacy is important to us. This policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our platform.

We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, church or organization name, and payment information when you create an account or subscribe to our services. We also automatically collect certain technical data including your IP address, browser type, device information, and usage patterns through cookies and similar technologies.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve our services; process transactions and send related information; send you technical notices, updates, and support messages; respond to your comments and questions; and monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities in connection with our services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and security measures. We use Supabase for authentication and database services, and Stripe for payment processing. All data transfers are encrypted using TLS 1.3. We implement access controls, regular security audits, and data backup procedures to protect your information.

4. Your Content

You retain all rights to the graphics, images, and other content you create using Church Graphics. We do not claim ownership of your content. We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our AI models, but we will never use your specific designs, brand assets, or identifiable content for training purposes without your explicit consent.

5. Cookies & Tracking

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences. We also use analytics cookies to understand how our service is used so we can improve it. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings. Our service functions with essential cookies only if you choose to disable analytics cookies.

6. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services to operate our platform, including Supabase (authentication and database), Stripe (payment processing), Google Cloud (AI image generation), and Vercel (hosting). Each of these providers has their own privacy policies and data handling practices. We only share the minimum data necessary for these services to function.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, though some anonymized data may be retained for analytics purposes. Generated graphics and project data will be permanently deleted within 90 days of account closure.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can export your data, request a copy of all information we hold about you, or close your account from the Settings page. For GDPR and CCPA compliance requests, please contact us at privacy@churchgraphics.com.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy on this page and, if the changes are significant, sending you an email notification. Your continued use of Church Graphics after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
